Housing Cooperative Have Great Opportunity in Zoning Re-Write

 

For the first time since 1968, Madison will be redrafting its zoning ordinances.

LBJ was President of the United States and dealing with a country suffering from an economic downturn while trying to fight a foreign war that as faring poorly. The presidential election was an open race between a candidate of change, and two candidates of the "establishment" . Madison, WI re-wote its zoning ordinance.

Here we are in 2008, and not much has changed.
